Requests for Specific Sites or Rental Units
We try to satisfy requests but do not under any circumstances guarantee specific site numbers , they are assigned upon arrival and availability is dependent on the circumstances for that day.

Check-in / Check-out
Sites: Sites are available for check in after 1 pm.
Campers must be out of the park before 11am OR give notice you are staying as another guest may have booked your spot. (subject to change without notice)
Late Check out (1pm $10 with approval)
This includes the use of the pool

If you give us a little notice and you need to stay a bit longer we will do all we can to avoid you having to move to another site.

Late Check Out 1 pm $10 surcharge will apply and site must be available.

Pets
2 dog or cats per site in your RV.
Cats- they will get out even if they never did before, please leash them.
(If you have show dogs, please supply proof of show and we can make allowances if appropriate $5 charge)

Pets must be on a short leash and supervised at all times.
Not let out at night when no one is there to pick up after them PLEASE.

Pets are not permitted inside the Clubhouse for any reason, around the play/recreation areas or pools.

Please toilet them in the appropriate areas and not on the HOUSE LAWNS as it leaves nasty spots. .

Guard/attack dogs are not permitted at any time.
If you have a large dog that might scare children, please muzzle them and eliminate any issues. Thanks

For municiple by laws and enforcement

If you leave your dog unattended and it is in distress - if we cannot get ahold of you the S.P.C.A. will be called. They are literally around the corner and will take very good care of your pooch.
PLEASE!!!FOR YOUR PETS SAKE, LEAVE US YOUR CORRECT CELL PHONE INFO AND WHAT TIME YOU ARE BACK OR DON'T LEAVE THEM UNATTENDED. IF YOU CANNOT BE CONTACTED, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET IN YOUR TRAILER OR TIED UP OUTSIDE.

KIDS

Let's keep them safe:

No children under 14 may be in the clubhouse/pool without a chaperon that is 16+

Bikes,push-scooters,anything with wheels, keep them on the inside loop of the park.

NO BASEBALL, FRISBEE, FOOTBALL ETC. IS TO BE PLAYED ON THE ROADS FOR THE KIDS SAFETY AND TO PROTECT THEM FROM ANGERY TRUCK AND RV OWNERS THAT WILL GET THIER VEHICLE SCUFFED. WE HAVE 2 BIG FIELDS, PLEASE DIRECT YOUR CHILDREN TO THEM.

Keep children under 12 within arms reach as many trucks and cars do not follow the speed limit, or cannot see vertically challenged people (short people) when backing up!

Other Vehicles
Motorized recreational vehicles such as scooters, mini bikes etc. are not to be driven at the park.

All visitors vehicles must see office for parking and tags.
Your visitors will feel more welcome when we know who they are, this is for your safety and the safety of your property.

Campers Guests
All visitors must stop at the office to register and receive a gate and parking pass($5 for stays over 2 hours)

Guests may swim $4 for Adults $3 for children

Waivers must be signed by legal guardians

All visitors must be out of the park by 11pm or must become registered guests $5 per person $5 per car.
